About you

Some people come to therapy with a clear sense of what’s troubling them, perhaps anxiety, grief, or difficulties in relationships. For others, it can be harder to name; there may be a sense of emptiness, confusion, or disconnection, or a feeling that life looks fine from the outside but doesn’t quite feel that way inside.

You might be feeling stuck, caught in familiar patterns, or unsure of who you are or where you’re heading. At times, you may find yourself reacting or behaving in ways that feel unfamiliar, worrying, or out of character, without fully understanding why.

The process begins with a free 30-minute consultation call, giving you a chance to ask questions, share what brings you to therapy, and get a sense of how we might work together.
